I’ve recently started and very much enjoying the show Star Trek Deep Space Nine. For some unknown reason I’ve never even considered watching any of the Star Trek shows – but I am a fan of the genre.

Data recovery quest – Update

Well a few hours later and countless cups of tea, I think that I am all done. There was some errors when copying files and not everything was moved but I gotta say that the results are way better than I expected.
At least now I know that when a drive fails its not the end of the world.

It’s a very unfortunate situation when a hard drive fails. I simply hate it when this happens to me. You just can’t stop thinking about all that precious data that is just lost. All the hours of time that I’ve spent amassing a collection of programs pictures, movies, songs, word files, spreadsheets and other very valuable stuff. This happened to me more than five times already.

Second iPad post

Looks very promising and a good way to post when I don’t have my laptop with me. I can’t express how excited I am to start this blog. I’ve always secretly wanted to write my random thoughts and opinions, but never had enough courage and will to do it.

But I did set the tag for this site “daily/random”, so that is still yet to be determined. I’m still unsure of what is the main theme for this will be, but for now it’s Everything Goes.
